Online Counselling for Young People and Adults
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling isolated or afraid. You might be seeking support, someone to understand what you’re going through, or help in making sense of a difficult experience. If this resonates with you, I’m here to help you think things through and find a way forward.
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts and feelings together. This space allows you to reflect on yourself, your relationships, and how you interact with the world around you, particularly in the face of life’s challenges.
Whether you're struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, or trauma, I’m here to support you. Through our work together, you can begin to ease the pain, feel clearer and calmer, and regain confidence in yourself and your ability to move forward.
There are no expectations placed on you. Instead, you’re invited to join a compassionate conversation where you do most of the talking, and I listen carefully, offering a space for you to safely explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll gently identify any unhelpful patterns and consider new perspectives that could lead to positive change.
Online Sessions

Research shows that online counselling is just as effective as in-person therapy. It offers the benefits of accessibility, especially for those with disabilities, and the flexibility to fit sessions around your life and work. You can also find comfort in participating from your own home, making the experience less intimidating.
Initial Phone Conversation

I offer a free 15-minute initial phone conversation, during which we can discuss what’s brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions and determine whether I’m the right therapist for you. If we agree to move forward, we can schedule your first session.
First Session

In our first session, we will review a counselling agreement that outlines the basis of our work together, including confidentiality and legal information. I will ask some questions about your health, background, and what’s currently going on in your life. Together, we’ll discuss any goals you have for therapy, though these may evolve as we continue.
Each session lasts up to 60 minutes. We’ll agree on the timing and frequency of future sessions, which can be either short-term or long-term, depending on your needs. There’s no limit to the number of sessions you can have.
Ongoing Support

I provide sessions either by phone or online via Zoom. Sessions last one hour and are held weekly, typically on the same day and time each week. Depending on your needs, we can work together on a short-term or long-term basis.
Fees

Each session costs £45, with payment required in advance via bank transfer.
If you need to cancel a session, please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged.
